There is a process to our success :
Phase One : A preliminary consultation to gather information about your company, the position and discuss industry trends.
Phase Two : We are on the phone talking to our network and researching to develop a target list of companies and prospects.
Phase Three : No one is selected and presented to you that does not meet or exceed the profile you’ve created. The best prospects are reviewed with you and the interview process begins.
Phase Four : After interviewing and selecting the best of the best, we discuss an offer with you and the candidate that will balance the both your needs and the desires of candidate. When negotiations are necessary, we are your advocate. After the placement is made, we are there to follow up through resignation and onboarding.
